The products ordered from sciamat.com/shop will be delivered by international couriers. The products will be not delivered until the full payment has been authorized and charged. When the products have been delivered to the courier, the customer will receive an email of the shipment details. The delivery of the packages is normally made on weekdays and usually it will be necessary for the Customer to sign the document certifying the receipt of the delivery. Sciamat commits to deliver the products within the terms indicated in the Order Confirmation.
However, Sciamat is not liable for any possible variations of the delivery date, loss and/ or damage or delay in delivery faced by the customer. The customer can check the status of the shipment by the tracking number on the website of the courier. Once the products are delivered, they become the property of the customer who will assume sole responsibility for any loss or damage. Upon the delivery of the products and before signing any delivery document, the Customer must carefully check the integrity of the package. In case of damage of package, the customer must inform the courier company and the integrity of content could be verified by the operator. Depending on the case, the client can either accept or reject the delivery. In case of acceptance, the responsibility is of customer thereafter.

For products purchased from our store sciamat.com/shop, the customer may request the return within ten (10) days of delivery, by sending an email to info@sciamat.com with the order number, name and surname (as indicated in the order) and the product code.
Each product can be returned only one time. The customer who wants to request the return to buy a different product will have to do a new order. In the case of return the Customer must use the same courier company used by Sciamat.
Otherwise, the return costs are at the customer’s expense. In case of product return, the refund paid by the Customer will take place excluding of the first shipping costs.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the methods and procedures as listed above, Sciamat will collect and retain the returned products and, consequently, refund the sums eventually paid when purchasing the products. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised according to the methods and procedures indicated, the customer will not be entitled to a refund but may, at its expense, request the return of the products in the state in which they were returned to Sciamat. Otherwise, Sciamat has the right to withhold the products, in addition to the sums already paid.
